How it works

The work moves through audit, shift, and integration over six months. Each phase builds on the last.

PHASE 01 Months 1 – 2

The Audit

Most leaders are solving the wrong problem. Before we build anything, we look honestly at where you are: your patterns, your inner critic, what you are tolerating, and what you actually want. The audit produces a precise baseline so the rest of the work is targeted.

PHASE 02 Months 3 – 4

The Shift

Do the real work.

This is where the transformation happens. We move into the areas where you are most stuck and build new capabilities and a new way of operating. The work is applied immediately to live situations: executive meetings, stakeholder conflicts, high-stakes decisions.

PHASE 03 Months 5 – 6

The Integration

Build what lasts.

Insights become habits. Clarity becomes decisions. Growth becomes something you carry forward. We stabilize new behaviors under pressure and across environments, and measure the shift, not just in what you report, but in what your stakeholders experience.
