About Me

Hello, I'm Vanessa Le

Master Certified Executive Coach | Former HR Executive

I became a coach because I needed one first.

I grew up as the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, learning early to read people, situations, and what often went unsaid.

That awareness became one of my greatest strengths. It helped me understand people deeply, recognize patterns quickly, and see what was happening beneath the surface.

For a long time, I used that ability to be the person others relied on. The steady one. The one who could read the room, solve problems, and hold things together.

Eventually, I realized the same strategies that helped me succeed were not necessarily the ones that would help me grow.

That realization shaped the way I coach today.

Why This Work Matters

After 15+ years in talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching, I have seen the same pattern across hundreds of leaders.

They are smart. Capable. Successful.

They usually know what they should do.

The challenge is that pressure changes how we access those skills.

A leader who values empowerment may become controlling during uncertainty.

A leader who values collaboration may avoid necessary conflict.

A leader who values excellence may create impossible standards for themselves and others.

The question is not whether you are capable.

The question is whether your leadership is aligned with who you want to be.

My Approach

I work beneath the behavior to understand what is driving it.

Together, we explore the beliefs, protective strategies, and patterns that influence how you lead when the pressure is on.

The goal is not to become someone different.

It is to remove what no longer serves you so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Experience

I have coached leaders across industries including finance, media, technology, and professional services.

My experience includes leadership development, executive coaching, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.

I bring both perspectives to my coaching: the perspective of someone who has supported leaders from inside organizations and the perspective of someone who has done the personal work required to grow.

What I Believe

The leaders who make the greatest impact are not the ones who fit every room.

They are the ones who know themselves well enough to lead from a place of alignment.

When your inner experience matches how you show up externally, leadership becomes more sustainable, more effective, and more authentic.
